• Monthly Pet Fee:  $40 (1 pet) $60 (2 pets)
• Monthly Parking Fee: 1 parking space included. Additional parking space, $125 per month (based on availability).
• Additional Charges: $100 per month for basic Wi-Fi and AT&T, monthly  pest control and monthly trash pick up service.
