We are excited to announce that we will be pre-leasing units beginning on Monday,  April 20th , 2026., at our temporary leasing office located at:

363 NW Bascom Norris Dr. Lake City, FL 32055 
Monday to Fridays from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

 We will be accepting applications by appointment only.

  • Application Fee: $85 per adult
  • Good Faith Deposit: $250
  • Deposit: 1 month or 1.5 month (based on credit)
  • Pet Processing Fee: $350 (non refundable)
  • Monthly Pet Fee:  $35
  • Monthly Washer and Dryer Fee: $40
