Fees
- Application Fee: $85 per adult
- Good Faith Deposit: $500
- Deposit: 1 month or 2 months (based on credit)
- Pet Processing Fee: $350 (non refundable)
- Monthly Pet Fee: $35
- Monthly Washer and Dryer Fee: $80
