Thank you for your interest in renting at Pinnacle at La Cabaña, a beautiful new senior community for residents age 62 years and better in the heart of Miramar! Due to tremendous interest, leasing will be conducted through a lottery process. To enter the lottery, click the button named, “LOTTERY REGISTRATION” and complete the information requested. Once you have completed entering the required information, you will receive an email response confirming your registration.

Please note: the time frame to enter the lottery will be Monday, March 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM through Monday, March 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM. After this date and time, the lottery will be closed.

IMPORTANT: The lottery registration button will be activated on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM as mentioned above.

Important information to know:

• La Cabaña is a senior community for residents 62 years of age or older, with 110 wonderful new residences designed for independent senior living.
• We will be calling, and e-mailing to notify you that you have been selected by the lottery to apply and to reach out to us as soon as possible. We will set up an appointment date and time to discuss the leasing process details. With the phone call or email, we will provide you with specific information regarding documents you will need to bring with you on the date of the appointment.
• IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CHECK YOUR PHONE AND EMAIL AFTER THE LOTTERY REGISTRATION PERIOD CLOSES! You will have only 72 HOURS after we contact you to respond, otherwise your place in line will be given to someone else.
• The person that is selected by the lottery must be a lease holder.
• 50% of the property has been reserved for applicants that currently live, work or have been hired to work in Broward County and proof will be required.
• Once we have identified the first 55 applicants with proof of currently living or working in Broward County, we will open the list to all other registrants, and we will contact the next 55 applicants.
• You cannot pass on your lottery spot to anyone if you do not qualify or if you decide you no longer want to move to La Cabaña.
• Bring the confirmation email to your appointment and photo ID. Your name and photo ID must match the name on the confirmation e-mail.,

  • Deposit: 1 month or 1.5 month (based on credit)
  • Monthly Washer and Dryer Fee: $60
  • Pet Processing Fee: $350 (non refundable)
