Fees
- Application Fee: $125 per adult
- Good Faith Deposit: $500
- Administrative Fee: $350
- Deposit: 1 month or 1.5 month (based on credit)
- Pet Processing Fee: $500 (non refundable) or $750 for two pets (non refundable).
- Monthly Pet Fee: $25 per pet.
- Monthly Parking Fee: 1 parking space included. Additional parking space, $75 per month (based on availability).
- Additional Charges: $20 monthly pest control and $20 monthly trash.

- Pet Processing Fee: $500 (non refundable) or $750 for two pets (non refundable).
- Monthly Pet Fee: $40 (1 pet) $60 (2 pets)
- Monthly Parking Fee: 1 parking space included. Additional parking space, $125 per month (based on availability).
- Additional Charges: $100 per month for basic Wi-Fi and AT&T, monthly pest control and monthly trash pick up service.
